A few of our friends decided they wanted to organize their own Biggest Loser competition (too bad it's one week AFTER Anthony and I hiked
Pike's Peak...wasted energy. Ha...J/K). Feeling like I have been neglecting my health in terms of physical fitness, I decided to jump on board. The first step was to get a body mass analysis to determine starting weight and percent body fat. We were able to utilize the Bod Pod at the Health and Wellness Center on base. It uses compressed air to calculate body mass.

Although I am technically in the moderately lean category, I would still like to make it my personal goal to drop my percent body fat by a few points.
Day 1 Stats:
% Fat = 24.2 %
Weight = 121.608 lbs
