I'm not a huge ice cream fan or even dessert for that matter, but when I saw this at the grocery store, I had to give it a try. Made with coconut milk and sweetened with agave. Legit!

Found this workout online and decided to give it a try. The hubby joined me in the fun. Go through the entire deck of cards. Each suit is a different work out.
