Gym

Couldn't make it to the gym in a timely manner....Glee was on TV! By the time I got there, I only had an hour before our community gym closed. I squeezed in a run and some weights.

Distance - 1.5 mi
Duration - 22 min

3 sets of 10 reps of the following:
Lat pull downs 30lbs
Mid Rows 30lbs
Bench press 20lbs
Bicep curls 10 lbs
