Weights:
Inclined bench press 20lbs 3 sets of 10 reps
Bicep curl 20lbs 3 sets of 10 reps
Mid row 30 lbs 3 sets of 10 reps
Lat pull down 30 lbs 3 sets of 10 reps
60 sit ups on workout ball
