Body Rock Fitness Test

Next week I will be starting a 30 day body and food challenge (more to come about the food/health portion of the plan in a later post). I plan on doing a variety of workouts to keep myself interested and it will be a nice change from running every day.

I plan to follow the Body Rock Home Workout Movement. It's composed of workouts needing little to no equipment and all done in a short amount of time with interval training. Before I can start the daily workouts, I had to complete the Body Rock Fit Test to give myself a baseline that I can measure my progress against.

Fit Test: 50/10 (max effort in 50 sec and 10 sec rest in between)

MY RESULTS:

Squat Jump 42

Push Ups 21 (girl style)

Burpees 7

High Knees 114

Switch Lunges 35

Tuck Jumps 11

Straight Abs 41

7 minutes of pure hell! I'm not sure how accurate these numbers are since my form quickly deteriorated after the first exercise. Really looking forward to see how these numbers change after 30 days.

I did the test with my hubby and I'm happy to report that I did better on some of the exercises than he did!

My goal after 30 days is to look like the Body Rock chicks!
