I took a long hiatus from any type of exercise or running after my 1/2 marathon in October. I spent so much time training that I just felt burnt out. With the new year here and my health being a high priority, I'm back in the game and ready to kick my butt back into fighting shape.
First runs of the year were difficult and not pretty, but I did it and we all have to start from somewhere.
