Workout : 5:00 AMRAP - 200m Row/ 10 pvc snatches
My results: 2 full rounds

(Check out the intensity! Hahaha. Even though it's just a stinkin pvc pipe, my legs were burning. My trainer, Shane, had me squat in this position for-ev-er!)
